Job Summary

Own and scale targeted ABM programs that move high-value accounts through the pipeline, with tight Sales and CRM collaboration to segment, measure and optimize engagement across 1:1, 1:few, and multi-channel campaigns.

  • ABM Ownership: end-to-end planning and execution for strategic accounts and clusters.
  • Sales & CRM Alignment: translate priorities into account-based programs and track outcomes.
  • Measurement and Optimization: use data signals to improve activation, pipeline contribution and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM programmes for strategic accounts and account clusters
  • Build account-specific marketing strategies based on ICPs, buying committee insights, market intelligence and commercial priorities
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programmes
  • Work alongside the CRM Manager to develop segmentation, account engagement tracking, nurture journeys and reporting frameworks
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, events, direct mail, content and sales outreach
  • Develop tailored messaging, content and engagement strategies for priority accounts and sectors
  • Analyse customer data, buying signals, account engagement and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimisation
  • Track, measure and optimise campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Establish scalable ABM processes, documentation and best practices that can grow with the business
Requirements
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience running true account-based marketing programmes, including 1:1 and/or 1:few ABM campaigns
  • Proven experience designing and executing ABM programmes from account selection through to campaign strategy, execution, optimisation and measurement
  • Experience building or scaling ABM programmes within a growing or evolving organisation
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to create and progress pipeline opportunities
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and complex buying committees
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution
Preferred
  • Experience using account intelligence platforms such as Beauhurst, Cognism, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience working alongside CRM, RevOps or Revenue teams
