Responsibilities

• Research client segments and prepare outreach materials
• Assist in developing communication scripts and strategies
• Participate in training sessions and skill-building exercises
• Track communication outcomes and relationship development progress
• Conduct outbound communication via phone and email with potential clients
• Research and maintain databases of prospects, clients, and industry contacts
• Create and schedule Instagram posts and other social media content
• Support cross-branding initiatives and partnership materials
• Assist with content repurposing across different platforms and channels

• Prefer practical experience over theoretical coursework
• Would enjoy making videos and social content related to our products and services
• Are comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets for research and organization
