Responsibilities

• Creating website and social media graphics using software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Designing print advertisements and other print media
• Ensuring all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and meet the design brief
• Work closely with team members to develop and refine design concepts. Incorporate feedback to improve and finalise projects
• Review graphics, layouts, fonts, colours and sizing before marking work as completed
• Maintaining organised and accessible design files for team use
• Assisting the marketing team with any additional ad hoc tasks as required
• Updating your line manager on any tasks that have not been actioned as and when applicable.
• Identify, escalate, and help to resolve issues affecting the team, internal processes and service levels.
• Interacting and working successfully with all departments to ensure company objectives are met.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design
• Creative intellect to produce compelling designs
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent attention to detail, focusing on spelling and grammar and adhering to brand guidelines
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability
• Ethical and responsible handling of sensitive and confidential information
