Job Summary

Drive multi-channel marketing execution and content operations for a network of London-area pubs, owning site content, social channels, and internal comms to boost visits and bookings.

Content & Channel Execution: Create site emails, social content, TikTok activity, and supplier-led activations to spark engagement and visits.
Website & Campaign Maintenance: Refresh site content and back refurbishment relaunch campaigns with strong marketing support.
Collaboration & Coordination: Manage internal comms and liaise with suppliers to align on campaigns and brand experiences.

Job Description

Managing the Marketing Inbox
Creating site specific marketing emails
Improving and maintaining website content.
Creating and curating Tik Tok activity.
Creating content for all social media channels.
Liaising with suppliers to agree and support supplier led brand activations
Supporting refurbishment relaunches with intensive marketing campaigns.
Creating and curating internal communications, such as the weekly managers’ newsletter

Communication skills: To effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using CRM platforms, such as Airship, Klaviyo or MailChimp desirable.
Time management and oganisational skills: To manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Writing and editing skills: To create compelling and engaging commercially-driven content.
Creativity: To develop innovative, operationally sound marketing campaigns, preferably with experience of Canva.
Analytical skills: To analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Interpersonal skills: To build and maintain relationships with teams and suppliers.
Please note flexible working hours are required: some evenings and weekends are needed for the purpose of content creation and attendance of events.
