Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content across email, social media, website, and in-store marketing.
  • Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support local marketing initiatives for stores across the UK.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within retail, automotive, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Strong campaign management and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
