  • Collaborate with content to shape campaigns and monetize new releases and the back catalogue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing JTC Guitar’s social media channels.
  • Building stronger engagement and community across our digital platforms.
  • Planning, launching, and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Creating and improving email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, launches, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Using Google Analytics and platform data to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Reporting on campaign results and making clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Working with the content team to shape campaign ideas, creative direction, messaging, and promotional opportunities.
  • Finding new ways to generate revenue from both new releases and JTC’s extensive back catalogue.
  • Testing new ideas, improving existing campaigns, and helping drive measurable growth.

Requirements

  • Marketing: 3 years (required)
  • Strong experience managing social media channels and growing audience engagement.
  • Good understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and community building.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practice and campaign execution.
  • Confidence using Google Analytics and performance data to make decisions.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to understand ROI, campaign performance, and customer behaviour.
  • Hands-on experience building, launching, and managing campaigns yourself.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • A proactive mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating or editing visual content for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Experience working with subscription-based, online learning, music, or creator-led businesses.
