Job Summary

Own the hands-on support and execution of campaigns by turning client briefs into actionable strategy with strong research, collaboration, and cross-functional delivery across health care campaigns.

  • Strategy Development: Translate landscape analyses, insights, and audience understanding into reinforced briefs and clear recommendations.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with client and creative teams to turn insights into compelling campaign concepts and messaging.
  • Research & Insights: Assess websites, social data, trends, and competitors to sharpen briefs and inform decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work in a supportive role with senior team members to help deliver global campaigns
  • Tasks range from establishing client relationships, attending meetings, and working on budgets to liaising with internal production teams
  • Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team to interpret, develop and implement client briefs
  • Master LynxAI to enhance agency workflows and your day to day role
  • Help market campaigns in exciting and innovative ways to deliver against client objectives and create meaningful change
  • Learn about the trends of the creative, health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Research and Insights: Analyse the landscape – websites, social media, and data trends; conduct category and competitor reviews; deep dive into understanding the behaviour and attitudes of our target audience
  • Strategy Development: Develop reports, present findings, and make recommendations that inform briefs
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with Client and Creative teams to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies
  • Winning New Business: Support pitches and new business development initiatives
