Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing content and customer communication across Vape, Distro, CBD, Wellness, and Moosh, owning social media planning, email campaigns, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

Lead content scheduling across platforms, campaigns, and reports.
Oversee customer support across email, phone, and marketplaces, and liaison with warehouse/returns.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule content across all social media platforms for Vape, Distro, CBD, Wellness, and Moosh.
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, across all brands.
Create, schedule, and manage weekly email marketing campaigns for CBD retail and wholesale customers.
Monitor, track, and analyse weekly and monthly performance data for email marketing and social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Upload product images and create product descriptions for the CBD website.
Support brand visibility and engagement through consistent content planning and execution.
Upload weekly youtube videos and shorts for vape shop channel
Liaise with multiple brands regarding marketing opportunities, campaigns, and promotional activities for Vape and Distro divisions.
Prepare and deliver monthly marketing reports for brands subscribed to Flawless marketing packages across Vape, Distro, and CBD sectors.
Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Returns, Sales, E-commerce to ensure efficient communication and issue resolution.
