Job Summary

Own the regional marketing execution for two attractions with a hands-on blend of creative output, content, and site experience to move visitor numbers and revenue.

  • Campaign ownership across digital and offline channels tied to annual plans and seasonal events.
  • Content engine for photography, video, and edited social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the site.
  • Website and customer journey ownership with CMS updates and supplier coordination.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the annual marketing plans for Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm and Farmageddon.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with agreed plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the Group Head of Marketing.
  • Assist with promotional activity to support visitor numbers and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with the wider Group Marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently.
  • Capture high-quality photography and video content across the attraction.
  • Edit engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the Farmer Ted’s website.
  • Create content showcasing the attraction throughout the year, including seasonal events, animals, guest experiences and behind-the-scenes activity.
  • Work with the Group Marketing team to develop creative assets where required.
  • Manage and maintain the Farmer Ted’s and Farmageddon websites.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
  • Experience managing website content using a CMS.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Preferred

  • Experience working within attractions, leisure, tourism or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO.
  • Experience working with designers, photographers or marketing agencies.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of large-scale events.
