At Evolution Money, we provide secured homeowner loans for UK homeowners, with borrowing from £5,000 to £105,000. Our approach focuses on responsible lending, transparency and tailored solutions for each customer. Every loan we provide supports a clear purpose. Many customers use a secured loan to consolidate existing debts into one manageable repayment. Others fund improvements to their homes. In every case, we focus on providing a loan that suits the customer’s circumstances. Since launching in 2011, we have taken a personal approach to lending. As a specialist secured lender, we look at each application individually to ensure the loan is suitable and affordable. Customer feedback plays an important role in how we improve our service. We encourage every customer to share their experience, which has helped us achieve an Exceptional rating on Feefo, alongside the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award and recognition as Best Secured Loan Provider at the Consumer Credit Awards. We work closely with brokers and introducers across the UK to support homeowners who may not meet the criteria of mainstream lenders. Our Business Development Managers support partners throughout the process, with a dedicated broker portal to access customer details, upload documents and request new quotes. As a B Corp certified company, we balance commercial success with a wider responsibility to people and communities through responsible lending and community initiatives.
