Job Summary

Own a fast-paced, AI-driven content and events engine that translates senior practitioner visibility into commercial outcomes.

  • Drive end-to-end content and outreach programs (pitch decks, LinkedIn, podcasts, events) that raise the practice’s authority.
  • Operate on the ground at events, manage calendars, and convert every interaction into measurable business value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will produce the content, assets, and materials that put this practice in front of the world. Pitch decks that win rooms. LinkedIn content that builds authority. Podcast and YouTube outreach that gets our senior practitioners in front of audiences that matter. Events that are planned, attended, and followed up with discipline.
  • AI is central to how you will work. Not as a novelty. Not as something you are learning. As the engine of everything you produce.
  • You will also be on the ground. Attending events, organising them, managing the diaries of senior practitioners, and making sure that every appearance, every conversation, and every opportunity is captured, followed up, and turned into something commercial.
  • This is not a graduate scheme. There is no hand-holding. There is pace, ambition, and the expectation that you will operate as a professional from day one.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is the starting point.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or ElevenLabs. You use them daily, not occasionally.
  • The ability to produce pitch decks and presentation materials that are visually strong, clearly structured, and commercially persuasive.
  • Strong written communication skills. You write with clarity, economy, and purpose.
  • Experience producing content across LinkedIn, blog, video, or podcast formats.
  • Confidence in proactive outreach: researching targets, drafting messages, and following up with consistency.
  • Comfort with event coordination: researching, registering, attending, organising, and following up.
  • Organisational precision. Diary management, scheduling, and logistics require accuracy and reliability.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the legal sector, professional services, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with AI audio or video production tools including ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing analytics.
  • Any experience with CRM platforms, outreach sequencing tools, or marketing automation.

Benefits

  • Location: Soho, London. Five days a week in the office.
  • Salary: To be confirmed in the offer letter.
  • Learning budget and access to legal technology and marketing conferences.
  • Fast-track progression for those who perform.
  • What we actually offer, beyond the numbers, is the chance to build a marketing function inside a practice that has never existed before. You will have direct access to senior practitioners, a genuinely ambitious team, and the freedom to use every tool available to do the best work of your career so far.
