Own the centre’s community marketing basics: fresh content, events, and storytelling that drive local visibility and customer engagement.

  • Content & Social: Create and schedule posts across channels to raise awareness.
  • Community & Events: Plan and deliver events and initiatives that connect customers and spaces.
  • Story Capture: Surface customer stories and centre activity to promote the brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media and other marketing channels to raise awareness of the Centre and its community.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, networking activities, and community initiatives that bring customers together.
  • Capture stories, successes, and centre activity to help promote our customers, spaces, and wider brand.
  • Welcome visitors and support front-of-house activity, helping to create a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Assist with enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day centre administration, including calls, emails, and meeting room coordination.
  • Work closely with the Centre team to keep shared spaces well-presented and support the smooth running of the Centre.
Requirements
  • A confident, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
  • Experience or interest in marketing, social media, events, or community engagement.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using digital platforms and systems.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with good organisation and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and a team spirit - ready to support both promotional activity and day-to-day centre operations.
