Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, website and printed materials
• Support awareness campaigns for services, events and fundraising activities
• Ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across all communications
• Manage and update website and social media platforms
• Maintain a content calendar and schedule regular communications
• Create graphics, videos and promotional assets where appropriate
• Support SEO and digital engagement growth
• Analyse campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Produce basic reports and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications or digital content
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
• Good organisational and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for community impact and wellbeing

Preferred

• Charity or community sector experience
• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite or similar tools
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
• Photography/video editing skills
