Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns
  • Develop clear, audience-focused messaging that supports strategic objectives
  • Provide expert advice and challenge to colleagues on effective communication approaches
  • Create and develop content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Use insight, data, and evaluation to continuously improve performance and reach

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering integrated communications across digital and offline channels
  • Demonstrated strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape narratives for a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Analytical, insight-led approach to improving engagement and campaign performance
  • Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and drive to innovate
