Responsibilities

• Supporting face-to-face marketing and communications campaigns across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
• Representing national and international brands professionally
• Communicating campaign messages, services and brand information clearly
• Speaking with customers to understand their needs, questions and interests
• Supporting customer engagement and brand awareness activity
• Gathering feedback and sharing useful customer insights with the wider team
• Working alongside campaign managers to review activity and performance
• Contributing ideas that could strengthen communication and customer engagement
• Developing practical skills in marketing communications, relationship building and business development

Requirements

• Previous marketing experience is not essential. Applications are welcome from graduates, career changers and people with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, events or sales.
