Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote mortgage and financial products, increasing brand awareness and client acquisition.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with property agents, brokers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and online advertising.
  • Generate and nurture leads, tracking enquiries and supporting the conversion of prospects into clients.
  • Support the sales team by preparing marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals tailored to mortgage and financial services.
  • Maintain client relationships by following up on enquiries, providing information on products, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities to increase brand visibility

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated project management experience or aptitude for coordinating complex tasks
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and IT tools relevant to marketing activities
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and marketing trends

Preferred

  • Experience or knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is desirable
