Job Summary
Own content production and community growth for a mums-focused platform by turning real stories into engaging short videos, actively engaging the audience, and testing new ideas to expand reach.
- Content Engine: post 4–5 times weekly on Instagram and TikTok and craft real-mum stories into engaging video content.
- Community & Engagement: reply to comments/DMs and grow the brand’s database through audience engagement.
- Content Innovation & Promotion: suggest/test new ideas and help promote opportunities (jobs and interpreter pathway).
Job Description
- Post 4–5 times per week (Instagram & TikTok)
- Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
- Turn real mum stories into engaging content
- Improve existing content (especially “Super Mum” videos)
- Reply to comments & DMs
- Suggest and test new content ideas
- Help promote opportunities (jobs + interpreter pathway)
- Grow and develop the brand’s database through audience engagement strategies
