Job Summary
Own a mixed set of marketing operations and content production tasks with a strong focus on HubSpot driven campaigns, webinars, and social content reuse.
- HubSpot driven: CRM management, email design, workflows, segmentation, and landing pages.
- Creative & video: design in Adobe/Canva and video editing to feed nurture and campaigns.
- Channel execution: deliver webinars, manage LinkedIn presence, repurpose content across channels, and hit weekly objectives.

- HubSpot, including CRM management, email design and sending, workflows, contact segmentation and landing page creation \n
- Running webinars, including registration journeys, reminder emails and campaign setup \n
- Design experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop and/or Illustrator) or Canva, with a strong portfolio of work \n
- Managing social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, and understanding how to repurpose content across other channels \n
- Video editing using software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro \n
- Creating email nurture campaigns and reporting on performance to understand what is and isn't working \n
- Working independently and managing multiple projects whilst delivering against weekly objectives \n
