Responsibilities

• Develop and grow our social media channels
• Support the creation of email campaigns
• Use our CMS systems for web and e-commerce administration tasks that support our marketing campaigns (Magento and Shopify)
• Produce and edit engaging video & photographic content for social and digital platforms
• Write strong, on-brand copy for use across the business: for campaigns, communications etc.
• Coordinating seasonal promotions, product launches, and trade events including print and digital marketing
• Engaging with customer’s comments and questions on our social media channels
• Managing inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
• Coordinating with vendors and printers, sourcing quotes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing support, or coordination role
• Strong social media skills, creating video shorts, basic editing and photography for social media
• Experience using design and editing software/apps (e.g. Canva, Adobe Design Suite)
• Experience in email marketing
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general business systems
• Capability with generative AI – understanding both its uses and limitations

Preferred

• Desirable: Experience in retail or wholesale environments
