Job Summary

Own social and multichannel basics with ownership over content scheduling, paid campaigns on Meta, email/SMS flows, and data hygiene that supports both in-store and online marketing.

Social and paid media: own posting, scheduling, and ad support across channels.
Content and assets: create lightweight graphics, banners, blog content, and short videos to fuel campaigns.
Data, ops, and enablement: keep customer databases up to date and provide clear POS materials for stores.

Job Description

Help manage social media accounts and schedule content.
Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Support email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Update and maintain customer marketing databases.
Create basic marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and short videos.
Monitor and respond to online reviews when required.
Assist with creating website and blog content.
Support eBay clearance sales activity.
Help with in-store promotions and marketing events.
Provide stores with accurate, clear POS materials.
