Job Summary

Own B2B events across EMEA to generate demand and pipeline by orchestrating executive engagement and aligning with GTM and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Plan and execute a multi-channel event portfolio (conferences, CXO dinners, roundtables, roadshows) to create qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to target accounts, optimize pre-event engagement, and drive high-value participation.
  • Analyze performance, run experiments, and refine lifecycle programs to lift conversion and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute a diverse portfolio of B2B event programs across the EMEA region, including industry conferences, executive dinners, CXO roundtables, roadshows, and curated executive experiences.
  • Own the management of the EMEA events calendar, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies, regional growth initiatives, and key industry moments.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for executive engagement and field activations that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendor coordination, and delivery, across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Collaborate with vertical marketing and sales teams to align event initiatives with target accounts, priority sectors, and regional objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop pre-event targeting strategies, personalized invitations, and account-based engagement tactics to maximize participation from high-value prospects.
  • Support structured sales follow-up processes to convert event engagement into qualified sales pipeline.
  • Design and implement lifecycle and nurture programs that connect event participation with broader marketing campaigns, creating seamless customer journeys from initial contact to sales opportunity.
  • Work closely with content and growth teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance metrics such as leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline influence, in partnership with marketing operations and sales teams.
