Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with agreed objectives and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic support.
• Coordinate organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Attend campaign planning and creative strategy sessions.
• Produce end-of-campaign reports, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional marketing services where appropriate.
• Work alongside designers and content creators to ensure campaigns align with branding and marketing objectives.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Set up billing arrangements for new customer contracts.
