Responsibilities

• You'll own the strategy: - Diagnose each client's growth blockers and build a comprehensive marketing strategy to solve them - Run market research and competitor analysis to find the angles others miss - Define ideal customer profiles, targeting, and audience segmentation - Set the content pillars that anchor each client's voice and authority - Build creative campaigns to generate results aligned to client KPIs "
• You'll drive the execution: - Map ad strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads with the support of dedicated paid media specialists - Write ad copy and creative briefs that turn into high-converting campaigns - Dream up lead magnet campaigns that convert and excite your client’s target market - Brief website optimisations and landing pages that convert
• You'll lead a team: - Manage your own squad: Marketing Exec, Ads Manager, Designer, and Developer, plus external creators as needed - Run regular internal and client meetings, keeping everyone aligned and momentum high - You’ll report to the Director of Marketing, who will support you in driving client success, while working closely with the Director of Strategy to develop and deliver high-impact growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience working for a SaaS/Tech client or agency
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
• Experience managing senior stakeholders' roles. You’ll build trust with clients and guide their decisions, not just take their briefs
• Experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Proven experience managing successful content marketing campaigns
• A mind that's equal parts creative and strategic
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts confidently
• Experience reporting on the success of marketing campaigns, using data to tell a compelling narrative
