Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing delivery for a charity lottery, focusing on end-to-end campaign execution, content creation, and learning loops that drive growth.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Plan and optimize cross-channel campaigns across social, PPC, email, and web.
  • Content Engine: Create audience-focused content and design assets with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor performance, derive insights, and test new ideas to inform future activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across social media, PPC, email and web.
  • Manage and optimise paid digital activity across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Support supporter acquisition, retention and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Improve website performance, supporter journeys and conversion rates.
  • Support SEO activity and digital optimisation initiatives.
  • Create compelling, audience-focused content for digital and print channels.
  • Design graphics, campaign assets and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Develop engaging storytelling content that demonstrates the impact of the lottery.
  • Produce promotional resources that enable charity partners to market the lottery effectively.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing paid social media and/or PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and supporter journeys.
  • Ability to create high-quality marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience working in the charity, fundraising or subscription sector.
  • Knowledge of SEO, GA4, email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Experience working with stakeholder or partner-led marketing.
  • Understanding of supporter retention and lifecycle marketing.
  • Knowledge of the charity lottery or regulated fundraising sector.
