Job Summary

Own the visual storytelling engine for the Future commercial brand, turning complex propositions into compelling visuals that drive revenue, awareness, and client engagement across UK/US.

  • Brand and Asset Ownership: Lead design of sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, thought leadership and insight assets to power revenue and market leadership.
  • Brand Governance: Guard and evolve the global commercial identity with consistent, high‑quality outputs.
  • Cross‑Functional Storytelling: Partner with Trade Marketing, Commercial, PR, Insights and Leadership to translate propositions into clear visuals, while building and mentoring the design team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of assets that support commercial growth, brand awareness and client engagement across the UK and US, including sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, thought leadership assets and insight reports.
  • Own and evolve the visual identity of Future's commercial brand globally, ensuring consistency and excellence across outputs.
  • Drive high‑impact marketing assets that align with commercial goals and translate complex propositions into compelling visual stories in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Guard Future's commercial brand guidelines, maintaining quality and consistency across all outputs.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Commercial, PR, Insights and Leadership to translate complex propositions into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Line-manage Trade Marketing design resources, developing best practices, processes and creative standards across the function.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering brand-building design within media, publishing, advertising, technology or agency environments
  • Experience leading creative projects across multiple brands, channels and stakeholder groups
  • Experience delivering brand-building collateral - designing marketing materials for revenue-generating teams
  • Experience creating high-impact collateral for revenue-generating teams, including sales enablement materials and strategic presentations
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides
  • Experience designing across multiple formats including digital, social, email, print, events and presentations
  • Understanding of HTML and email design principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and international teams
