Job Summary

Own the UK SEO program as a strategic, revenue-driven “growth engine” accountable for vision, pricing, and end-to-end product evolution from audits to AI-led brand growth.

  • Own the UK SEO roadmap, outcomes, and senior-level storytelling for C-suite audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional expansion and integrated, full-funnel strategies with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Studio.
  • Grow portfolio revenue and team capability while building repeatable, scalable SEO playbooks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the UK SEO vision, commercial health, and roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead high-level commercial conversations including scope changes and pricing to keep SEO impactful and profitable.
  • Drive +18% YoY portfolio revenue growth for the UK SEO practice.
  • Evolve the UK SEO service from audits to AI-integrated, brand-led growth for complex retailers.
  • Translate technical SEO into a compelling C-suite commercial narrative in strategic pitches.
  • Deliver integrated, full-funnel strategies with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Studio to position retailers as e-com leaders.
  • Create repeatable SEO diagnosis frameworks and playbooks to sustain high-value work.
  • Build and grow the UK SEO team from 4 FTE to +1 FTE YoY and manage performance.
  • Foster purpose and belonging, aligning agency goals to individual contributions.
  • Mentor specialists with bi-weekly coaching sessions; lead recruitment and culture.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of Account Management & Strategy experience from an agency or in-house setting, with deep expertise in eCommerce/Retail.
  • Experience leading, empowering, and coaching a team with mentorship to develop talent.
  • Proven ability to build integrated, full-funnel media plans across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Creative aligned to business goals.
  • Comfortable with performance forecasting, budget pacing, and reporting tied to KPIs (CAC, ROAS, revenue).
  • Strong relationship-building with key decision-makers; adept at leading strategy sessions and growth pitches.
  • Driven by performance, skilled at spotting trends and risks in fast-paced environments.
