Job Summary

Own the multi product brand direction and craft a repeatable playbook for integrating acquired brands into the Access framework while keeping messaging consistent and credible.

  • Brand Ownership: Shape positioning and visual identity for the Small Business Division across products.
  • Acquisition Framing: Build a repeatable integration framework that aligns new brands with the Access Group brand strategy.
  • Social and Cross-Channel Consistency: Direct social strategy and ensure brand storytelling is clear across channels with product and content teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the brand direction across the Small Business Division product portfolio, shaping positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity for each product brand, while ensuring alignment with the wider Access Group brand.
  • Lead brand integration for newly acquired products, creating a clear and repeatable framework that brings new brands into Access smoothly and thoughtfully, while ensuring alignment with the wider Access Group brand strategy and brand team.
  • Own the social media strategy, guiding what we say, where we show up and how we engage small business audiences in a meaningful way.
  • Work closely with content and product teams to make sure our brand story is consistent, clear and compelling across every channel.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing within software or technology businesses, ideally across multiple products or brands.
  • Experience leading brand integration during mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on clarity and customer confidence.
  • Confidence leading and developing a small team, setting clear priorities and quality standards.
  • A strong sense of commercial impact, with the ability to link brand activity to awareness, trust and pipeline outcomes.
