Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and marketing materials for digital and print
• Design brochures, catalogues, lookbooks, flyers, posters and other marketing literature
• Produce website graphics, social media content, digital advertising creative and email assets
• Retouch and enhance photography for web, social and print
• Prepare professional artwork for print
• Maintain consistency and quality across the iSteel brand
• Help maintain and organise our growing library of photography, video, artwork and marketing assets
• Take day-to-day ownership of iSteel's organic social media presence, working collaboratively with and under the wider direction of our Creative Director
• Plan and manage our social content calendar
• Create graphics, imagery and video content

Requirements

• Around 2–5 years' commercial experience
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• Adobe InDesign experience
• A strong eye for typography, layout and composition
• Image editing and retouching experience
• Experience creating content for social media
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time management
• Good written English and copywriting ability

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software would be particularly valuable.
• After Effects, motion graphics and more advanced videography skills would be a bonus.
• Experience using tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill or other generative AI tools for image creation, retouching and compositing would be advantageous.
