Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owning and developing reporting across our digital and media marketing channels, tracking key KPIs and sharing actionable insights with marketing and commercial teams.
  • Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Providing commercial insight to support marketing decision-making, ensuring activity delivers the best possible return and contributes positively to business performance.
  • Translating data into clear recommendations that influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Supporting a range of marketing channels and business units with both regular reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • Has a degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
  • Loves working with data and using it to influence decisions.
  • Can confidently analyse large datasets, with strong Excel skills.
  • Understands digital and offline marketing channels and how they contribute to commercial performance.
  • Communicates insights clearly and can bring stakeholders on the journey.
  • Isn't afraid to question assumptions and suggest a better way of doing things.
  • Brings energy, resilience and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
