Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team to deliver promotional campaigns and brand activity on behalf of our clients.
• Engaging with customers, hitting targets and developing your leadership skills as you progress through the programme.
• Growth here is performance-based — the people who put in the work move up fast.
• This is a hands-on role from day one. You will be out there, meeting real people, representing real brands and learning what it actually takes to build a career in sales and marketing.
• You will be trained directly by people who have been in your position and worked their way up.

Preferred

• Background in hospitality, retail, sport or anything customer-facing is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset.
