Job Summary

Drive the end-to-end B2B marketing engine for CRO and life sciences audiences, owning planning, lead generation, content, and event-driven demand to support business growth.

Lead generation and nurture: build campaigns and MQL workflows across CRM/marketing automation to feed sales.
Market positioning and content: shape brand differentiation, assets, and thought leadership for pharma/biotech audiences.
Events and digital programs: run conferences, webinars, social campaigns, and website/SEO efforts to attract and engage buyers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Support brand positioning and market differentiation within the CRO and life sciences sector.
Create and execute lead generation campaigns targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
Support sales and business development teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign assets.
Manage marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation and nurture campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Manage digital campaigns including LinkedIn advertising, webinars, and content syndication.
Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategy, email marketing, and social media activity.
Develop high-quality marketing content including: Case studies, White papers, Brochures, Thought leadership articles, Conference materials, Website and email content.
Manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Ensure consistent corporate branding across all internal and external communications.
Monitor marketing KPIs including lead generation, campaign performance, website analytics, and engagement metrics.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within: Clinical Research, CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the life sciences industry.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain in a statutory position for extended periods as part of normal day-to-day activities, with reasonable adjustments considered where appropriate
