Job Summary

Own global membership engagement and growth while elevating brand and influence, then drive data-led marketing and CRM to fuel pipeline and support a new subscription school model.

  • Growth & Engagement: drive international membership retention, activation, and lifecycle programs.
  • Brand & Advocacy: expand COBIS influence through thought leadership and sector partnerships.
  • Go-to-Market & CRM: lead data-driven marketing, automation, and pipeline growth for new subscription initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Driving membership engagement, retention and growth across a global network
  • Elevating COBIS’s brand, profile, and influence internationally
  • Developing impactful thought leadership and sector advocacy
  • Leading data-driven digital marketing, CRM, and automation strategies
  • Supporting the launch and growth of a new subscription-based Associate School model, which complements our growing Accredited Member School base
  • Enabling strong pipeline performance and commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven leadership at senior level, ideally within a membership, education, or international environment
  • Strong experience across digital marketing, brand, communications, and external relations
  • Experience and knowledge of go-to-market strategies for new launch products and services
  • A data-led mindset with expertise in pipeline growth, CRM, and marketing performance
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the organisation externally
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences
  • A passion for education, collaboration, and global impact
