Own the thumbnail design workflow for YouTube, turning topics and scripts into click‑driven visuals that fit a premium travel content brand.

Design and iterate thumbnails to maximize CTR while reflecting brand identity.
Translate video topics into thumbnail concepts and run A/B tests to validate ideas.
Maintain a consistent visual style and fast turnaround across all content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Design high‑impact thumbnails that drive clicks and reflect our brand identity
Collaborate on creative concepts based on video topics, scripts, and audience insights
Deliver multiple variations for A/B testing
Maintain consistent visual style across all content

Requirements

Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails
Strong skills in Photoshop or similar tools
Understanding of colour, contrast, composition, and emotion in thumbnail design
Ability to create bold, clean, high‑resolution visuals
Portfolio demonstrating click‑worthy designs

Preferred

Experience with YouTube analytics or CTR optimization
Familiarity with creator‑style branding
