Job Summary

Own a field-facing role that turns 18+ vape customers into Freepods members, while collecting feedback and staying compliant with UK rules.

  • Field Representation: present Freepods professionally to adult vape consumers and guide registrations.
  • Member Activation: explain benefits, rewards, and marketplace features to drive sign ups.
  • Insights & Compliance: capture market insights and submit daily activity while following policies and UK law.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Freepods professionally in the field.
  • Introduce the Freepods platform to existing adult vape consumers (18+).
  • Explain membership benefits, rewards and marketplace features.
  • Encourage eligible adults to register on the Freepods website.
  • Answer basic customer questions using approved training materials.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights.
  • Submit a simple daily activity report.
  • Follow company policies and all applicable UK laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Freelance / self-employed status.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions or sales is helpful but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel: 75% (preferred)
