Job Summary

Own end-to-end event delivery from concept to on-site activation, with budget, supplier, and risk management, while turning insights into practical brand experiences.

  • On-site activation and event management: turn creative ideas into feasible experiences with research-backed concepts.
  • Operations and governance: manage budgets, POs, invoices, cost tracking, and live project documentation in Quest.
  • Stakeholder and partner orchestration: keep clients, suppliers, and internal teams aligned with clear meeting notes and actions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of exciting brand experiences across the country.
  • Get involved in onsite activation and event management - being part of the action, not just the admin.
  • Contribute ideas and help turn creative concepts into practical, feasible experiences.
  • Join brainstorms and share fresh thinking backed by research and insight.
  • Help build polished, engaging client presentations and written responses.
  • Support artwork requests and approvals, keeping projects moving smoothly.
  • Keep project documents, schedules, and reports up to date and accurate.
  • Set up and maintain project information within LIVE·TEAM’s management system (Quest).
  • Capture meeting notes and actions clearly to keep everyone aligned.
  • Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking.

Requirements

  • 6 months+ experience working on events or brand activations (agency experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and deliver quality work at pace.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Great with people - building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and teammates.
  • Highly organised, solution-focused and calm under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Full clean driving licence and a willingness to work some unsocial hours during events.
  • Confident using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred

  • Agency experience is a bonus.
