Job Summary

Own and optimize global on-site promotions and category pages, turning the promotion plan into live, conversion-focused executions across websites and apps.

  • Growth ownership: execute the day-to-day promotions across global sites and apps and maintain strong category/page relevance.
  • Performance-driven iteration: monitor analytics daily and propose changes to improve conversion and basket size.
  • Personalization and UX collaboration: test new promotional executions with personalization tools and coordinate with UX and creative teams to optimize journeys.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- To implement the day-to-day trading activity across the websites and apps globally. This involves executing the promotional plan ensuring all promotional activity goes live correctly and according to plan, and ensuring categories are strong.\n- This role will monitor the ongoing performance making any recommendations for change and feeding this back to team members and managers as appropriate\n- You will use web analytics tools to monitor performance of all the key elements in order to understand the success of the planned activity and make recommendations for changes on a daily basis\n- You will work with the team to use personalisation software to test new ways of executing promotions, and showing different content to different customer groups working with the user experience team on any findings and new innovative ideas.\n- You will curate and manage product category pages, and landing pages to maximise conversion and basket size by ensuring it hits all goals and stock levels. Ensure menus are relevant to allow easy navigation\n- Collaborating and working closely with a range of marketing teams and creative, to ensure all journeys are relevant to campaigns and season pushing strong execution\nRequirements\n- You will demonstrate an awareness of the different requirements in each different market through understanding of analytics and performance information\n- You will use this awareness to maximise conversion for customers in each market.
