Job Summary

Own product content stewardship and on-site merchandising workflows for a small digital team, balancing listings, content quality, launches, and reporting to keep eCommerce flows smooth.

  • Product content ownership: ensure listings, descriptions, imagery and attributes are accurate and up to date.
  • Merchandising and launches: support site promotions, collections and go-live communications.
  • Reporting and QA: produce performance reports and run regular site checks to resolve issues.

Job Description

Own product content stewardship and on-site merchandising workflows for a small digital team, balancing listings, content quality, launches, and reporting to keep eCommerce flows smooth.

  • Responsibilities: Upload and maintain product listings across the website
  • Responsibilities: Enhance product content, including descriptions, imagery and attributes
  • Responsibilities: Ensure consistency and accuracy across all product categories
  • Responsibilities: Support product launches, promotions and site merchandising
  • Responsibilities: Assist with product updates, pricing changes and promotions
  • Responsibilities: Help manage product collections and categories
  • Responsibilities: Support product visibility and on-site merchandising
  • Responsibilities: Produce regular Excel reports (e.g. sales and performance)
  • Responsibilities: Support product go-live process and communicate updates
  • Responsibilities: Assist with ad hoc reporting
  • Requirements: Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Requirements: Comfortable using Excel (sorting/filtering, basic formulas such as SUM/IF)
  • Requirements: Interested in eCommerce, retail or digital marketing
  • Requirements: Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Requirements: Strong communicator and team player
  • Requirements: Proactive and keen to learn
  • Preferred: Experience using a CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g. Shopify, Magento)
