Job Summary

Own and optimize a multi-brand ecommerce search and paid media program to drive ROI, conversions, and revenue; align technical SEO, content, and CRO with scale across several websites.

  • Growth & SEO Operations: Drive ROI-focused SEO, site architecture, content optimization, and link-building across multiple brands.
  • Performance Marketing & Conversion: Manage PPC, paid social, and landing/page optimization to lift ROAS and AOV.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor analytics, test UX/layout, and report ROI, informing ongoing site improvements and feature launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ROI-focused SEO strategies across multiple brand websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search opportunity mapping.
  • Optimise website structure, product pages, and content for search engines.
  • Monitor technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and page performance.
  • Create and manage link-building and authority development strategies.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, including search engine advertising and paid social.
  • Use paid advertising to drive targeted traffic and support online sales growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROI.
  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities to improve conversions.
  • Optimise product pages, landing pages, and the checkout journey to increase sales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in e-commerce, SEO or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling new websites from the ground up.
  • Experience managing multiple websites or brands simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and website performance optimisation.
  • Stay current with SEO trends and developments, especially those involving AI, search behaviour changes and Google algorithm updates.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with website maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI and measurable results.
