Job Summary
Own the end-to-end e commerce and content scaffold for a small Bristol retailer: manage Shopify listings, build collections and landing pages, craft social posts, emails, and accompanying visuals to drive visitors and engagement.
- Shopify & content ownership: Create and maintain Shopify listings, collections, landing pages, and blog posts to drive online visitors.
- Audience & engagement: Produce social content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and run email campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Assets & site admin: Prepare images with Photoshop/Canva and handle general web admin to keep the site updated and error-free.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create & maintain Shopify product listings, collections, landing pages & blog posts to drive online visitors.
- Create engaging social content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- General web admin and email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo).
- Preparation of images using Photoshop & Canva.
Requirements
- Excellent creative written English.
- Working knowledge of leading social media applications.
- Good I.T skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent numeric and literacy skills.
- An understanding of SEO principles.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A flexible adaptable approach.
- Commitment to the aims & objectives of the business.
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
