Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the college’s brand, courses, and services across multiple online channels including social media, email, and websites.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise SEO campaigns to improve organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media advertising, to maximise return on investment.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, tracking metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials including graphics, blog posts, and video content.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms in line with the organisation’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to create engaging digital content for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Level 3 qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
