Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing for B2B events, driving audience growth, lead generation, and revenue through integrated campaigns, website optimization, and compelling assets.

  • Campaign orchestration: plan and deliver multichannel digital campaigns for event marketing across email, social, web, and paid media.
  • Email program execution: design, write, segment, and track email campaigns to drive engagement and qualified leads.
  • Event marketing delivery: maintain on-brand event sites, create media kits and digital assets, analyse performance, and support cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Apply best practice to plan and deliver market-leading digital marketing campaigns for our B2B events to drive audience growth, customer acquisition and revenue performance.
  • Build and send engaging promotional emails. This will involve design, copywriting, data selection, sending email campaigns, tracking and reporting on performance.
  • Ensure our event websites are always up to date, on-brand, and looking their best.
  • Produce visual, informative marketing assets (media kits, digital brochures etc.)
  • Analyse website traffic and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Execute social media activities to build community and raise engagement across our events.
  • Assist our commercial teams by providing them with qualified leads.
  • Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager across a broad range of marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with multichannel digital campaigns across email, social, web and paid media.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and paid media fundamentals.
  • Ability to interpret data and use insights to support optimisation and decision‑making.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in event marketing would be a huge advantage.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, CMS platforms or design tools is advantageous.
