Job Summary

Own content creation and governance across research, membership, patient information, policy, and fundraising, aligning with CCLG objectives while collaborating with teams and champions of user-centered, high-quality content.

  • Content Ownership: oversee end-to-end content across programs, information, and outreach to meet strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: identify opportunities with departments and stakeholders, including lived-experience voices, to keep content on-brand and impactful.
  • User-Centered Leadership: drive guidance and prioritization for a varied workload to maintain engagement and quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a broad range of content to support CCLG’s activities, including research, professional membership activities, health information for patients and families, influencing and policy work, and fundraising.
  • Work with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities to create content.
  • Ensure content is engaging, of a high quality, on brand, and helps the organisation meet its objectives.
  • Act as a user-focused champion of great content, using initiative to manage a varied workload.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and with key stakeholders, including professional members and those with lived experience of children and young people’s cancer.
