Job Summary

Own the delivery of high‑quality, concept-to-visual design across multiple formats while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into cohesive design and scalable systems.

  • Concept-to-visual leadership: drive strong, idea‑led designs across print, digital, experiential, and retail channels.
  • Systemic impact: contribute to design guidelines and toolkits that scale brand and client work.
  • Collaborative execution: partner with art directors, copywriters, and account teams to refine concepts and present work confidently.

Job Description

  • Designing high‑quality creative work that responds clearly and creatively to briefs
  • Translating ideas into strong visual solutions across print, digital, experiential and retail
  • Developing contemporary, well‑crafted design from initial concepts or creative direction
  • Collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters and account teams to deliver great work
  • Contributing to design systems, guidelines and toolkits for teams and clients
  • Presenting your work clearly and confidently, internally and with clients
  • Supporting new business pitches by producing engaging, idea‑led creative
  • Proven experience delivering strong design work across a range of formats
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and attention to detail
  • A solid grounding in core design principles and visual storytelling
  • Confidence working with industry‑standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar)
  • The ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
