Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing comms stack: create and publish content and design across website, social, events and reports; manage CMS, CRM and mass mailings; and expand CH's press network and vendor relationships to support events and publications.

  • Content & Design: produce written, image, video and publication design for website, newsletters, reports and events.
  • Systems & Ops: maintain CMS, CRM, mass mailings, and finance-linked payments; ensure data, SEO, and workflows stay clean.
  • External & Events: handle press inquiries, grow supplier networks, and drive event and publication marketing and branding.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content and design across CH channels: website, social, newsletters, and publications, including written, image, and video content.
  • Graphic and publication design for CH events, publications, and materials (digital and print).
  • Publication design for CH reports, event materials, mailings, and other publications.
  • Other CH marketing and advertorial materials and broader brand materials (physical and digital media, stationery).
  • CMS administration: publish content, SEO, and keep the website accurate and up to date.
  • CRM administration: contact management, data management, automations and workflows to keep the CRM functional and organized.
  • Mass mailing systems management and execution.
  • Online payments systems in collaboration with Finance; maintain other communications systems.
  • Liaison with press, suppliers (website/CRM), photographers, videographers, and other communications stakeholders.
  • Support events and publications: topics research, event marketing, branding, copywriting, and publication design; liaison with external speakers.
  • Contribute to in-house and commissioned reports, white papers and blogs: research, writing, proofreading, and publication design.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in marketing and communications across social, newsletters, and related channels.
  • CMS, CRM, and mass mailings/bulk email familiarity.
  • Graphic and publication design experience.
  • Copywriting, editing, and proofing capabilities.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other design/communications tools as required.

Preferred

  • Interest in Latin America and/or Iberia helpful.
  • Zoho CRM experience desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable but not essential.
