Job Summary

Own CRM-driven engagement and cross-brand campaigns that grow acquisition, activation, and retention for sports and entertainment audiences, while partnering with Data & Insight to turn customer data into action.

  • CRM & Data Enablement: Build data-informed journeys across Talk, Virgin Radio, and related brands using ESPs, CDPs, and marketing automation.
  • Cross-Platform Campaigns: Orchestrate multi-brand comms to recruit audiences into panels, drive game participation, and funnel fans toward betting experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support on comms to drive acquisition and retention of our new online competitions website, driving core revenue targets.
  • Support with comms on our brands event calendar with key tentpole moments in sport, news and entertainment.
  • Build and drive players to our new talkSPORT free-to-play game
  • Support campaigns and initiatives to recruit into News Broadcasting's in house audience panel, The Dugout.
  • Work collaboratively with Data and Insight on customer centric data projects.
  • Supporting wider Betting and Gaming initiatives to drive talkSPORT audiences into our betting brand, talkSPORT BET
  • Support wider campaigns to build engagement from our talkSPORT, Virgin Radio and Talk listeners
  • Build and manage CRM campaigns utilising Adobe, CDP’s and other CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with an ESP or Marketing Automation platform (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Data Logic: A strong understanding of relational databases, audience segment building and logic required for journey orchestration.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards for QA and testing
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate technical CRM concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agility: You can pivot at pace and remain focused in a fast-paced environment with multiple technical deliverables.
