Job Summary

Own the CRM engine for a luxury homeware brand in France, shaping retention, LTV and repeat purchase through Klaviyo email flows, segment-driven campaigns, and coordinated cross-channel initiatives.

  • CRM & Email Ops: Build and optimise welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, win-back and VIP journeys; maintain cadences aligned to promotions.
  • Data & Segmentation: Create segments and act on behavioural/transactional data to lift engagement and revenue; analyse performance to-drive improvement.
  • Cross-channel Collaboration: Align with Head of Retail and creative suppliers to brief messaging, direct mail, and SMS retention pilots on schedule.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of the French Bedroom Klaviyo account and CRM activity.
  • Build, deploy and optimise email campaigns, automations and customer journeys.
  • Work alongside the Head of Retail to develop and execute CRM initiatives that support customer retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience using Klaviyo to build, manage and optimise email marketing programmes.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention, lifecycle marketing and CRM best practice.
  • Experience supporting email revenue growth through customer marketing activity.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing programmes.
  • Experience coordinating direct mail campaigns and analysing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Order Value (AOV), Retention Rate and Repeat Purchase Rate.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting or attribution tools.
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on profitability and return on investment.

Preferred

  • Experience within a premium, luxury, interiors, homeware or lifestyle brand would be advantageous.
