Job Summary

Own end-to-end branded content ideation and delivery, balancing client briefs with creative leadership across campaigns, shoots, and partnerships.

  • Creative Leadership: Oversee end-to-end projects from ideation to delivery, including shoots and talent coordination.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify new opportunities with strategy and pitch to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Translate cultural trends into proposals and share insights across the business.

Responsibilities:\n

  • Creative Ideation and Development
  • \n
  • Working alongside the wider Commercial Creative team, you will lead on the ideation & development of branded content ideas for potential clients, either proactively or through RFPs
  • \n
  • Where applicable, apply design experience and knowledge across brief responses to bring creative concepts and strategies to life
  • \n
  • Developing strategies and creatives for all manner of different sectors, platforms and audiences depending on the brief
  • \n
  • Commercial Growth
  • \n
  • Work closely with Head of Strategy & Planning to identify new opportunities for growth
  • \n
  • Ability to present and pitch proposals to both internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • \n
  • Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership
  • \n
  • Tap into existing knowledge of cultural, editorial, social and media trends to support and create proposals that fulfil briefs by authentically connecting them to the right audiences
  • \n
  • Use your own knowledge to share insights & trends internally, upskilling the wider business
  • \n
  • Creative Leadership and Oversight
  • \n
  • Where applicable, work closely with producers & talent, to ensure outputs for brand campaigns are delivered according to clients’ expectations and in line with campaign objectives
  • \n
  • Being a source of expertise in creative partnerships – for the wider business and our clients
  • \n
  • Working alongside the production team, act as creative oversight for a project post-sign off, being the creative lead on the project end to end, from ideation through to delivery
  • \n
  • Attend shoots where necessary, primarily in the UK but with possible overseas travel
  • \n
\nRequirements:\n
    \n
  • Proven experience within a creative team at a publisher, media or creative agency
  • \n
  • Experience working in branded content
  • \n
  • A proven track-record of responding to client briefs and creating creative content campaigns
  • \n
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • \n
  • Strong communication and excellent deck-building, design, presenting, and copywriting skills
  • \n

  • Understand the world of digital and use social channels as part of everyday life, keeping on top of content trends e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X
