Responsibilities

• Own and build the TryHackMe design system and brand identity
• Create and evolve templates for paid ads, social content, email, and B2B sales materials
• Lead visual strategy for brand campaigns and product launches
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to align visual design with user journeys
• Brief and manage freelancers and agencies (e.g., illustrators, motion designers)
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials
• Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to streamline creative production

Requirements

• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building and managing brand systems or design libraries
• Portfolio showcasing clean, modern design across digital channels
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth
• Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
• Experience in tech, edtech, or cybersecurity is a bonus
• A strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on
