Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, translating business goals into strategic guidance.
  • Translate client needs into actionable briefs and coordinate cross-team collaboration to ensure a consistent client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Linney’s influence by highlighting full capabilities and driving commercial growth.
  • Provide proactive oversight of projects and act as the client temperature check to keep workflows efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a creative or integrated agency or relevant client-side role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for senior-level client management.
  • Solid understanding of account profitability, budgeting, and commercial growth.
  • Meticulous organization with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns with multiple teams and complex deliverables.

Preferred

  • Experience in creative campaigns across print, social, film, and digital, and managing complex multi-channel projects.
