Responsibilities

• Filming luxury residential properties
• Producing engaging short-form social media content
• Creating personal brand content for estate agents
• Operating drones safely to capture aerial footage
• Editing videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
• Managing equipment and ensuring shoots run professionally
• Travelling to multiple locations throughout the working week

Requirements

• A strong level of videography experience
• A good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
• Confident drone operating skills
• Good editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• A full UK driving licence
• Access to their own vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently

Preferred

• A2 CofC Drone Licence
• Previous property videography experience
• Strong computing and technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Colour grading and sound design experience
• Photography experience
